I spoke too soon in my earlier blog! My husband - painter extraordinaire - came home from work today with a lovely Valentine's Day card for me and a box of sweetheart candies. It was a very cute card and a very sweet box of candy. But the biggest surprise (and the biggest box of presents) was yet to come!! Inside the card was a receipt --- a receipt for my very own brand new dishwasher!!!! A very happy (and no more dishwashing for me) Valentine's Day!!

Wow. You are really a grown up now. Makes you feel old sometimes but isn't it great! It's amazing how our "wish lists" change over the years.
